Shawn did our carpets today and we are so pleased!! We have new carpets ( 6 months old ) but we have four children and two dogs ! We noticed the carpet looking pretty dingy recently so set a cleaning. They look BRAND new again. We plan to get them done every 6 months to keep them looking and feeling brand new! He did get us in very quickly. Communication was great and he let me know he was running a bit late which was fine with me because I needed the little extra time to move furniture around anyways.
